Shipping

Every cable is built and tested in our Bristol workshop. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (Monday to Friday).

UK delivery
We send orders by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days after dispatch. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Cost
UK delivery is free on all orders.

Where we ship
We currently ship to UK mainland addresses, Channel Islands and the Scottish Highlands and Islands. We don't ship outside the UK at the moment.

Delays
Once Royal Mail has collected your parcel, delivery is in their hands. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days, email us at leshopes@gentekcustomcables.com and we'll track it down or send a replacement.
